Went replace my cup holders with new aluminum ones but the grab handle on the front passenger side is in the way. They are blind screwed from behind and I can't figure out how to get to them. Anyone done this? BTW, it's a '98 29 Outlaw

You will just need to pull the paded side panel off, then you can get to the bolts.
Stick your hand up in there and you will feel the nuts that hold the side panel on.

Thanks for the response. Does that panel just pull off? How is it held on? I did try pulling on it but I didn't want to break it.

There are nuts on the backside. Just stick your hand up in there and you should be able to feel them.
