Yes but that's at 6500. At 5800-6000, where I'm going to have my wot it's at 9.5. The cooling water was starting to get pretty warm in the end of the session so I guess the chiller will do an even better job out on the water. I was very pleased to see that this old blower still makes alot of boost and does it according to the tables on BDS website.

The 856 on 91 (8.2PSI) and 870 on 93 (9.5PSI) is with no knock what so ever.

The dyno guy was pretty impressed of how smooth the engine runs, I guess I should thank RMBuilder for that!

    Here's a part throttle pull.

The motor is now back in the Pantera, just a couple wires left. I will do the first tests within a few weeks. Problem is I'm having huge difficulties finding any props to test here in Sweden I have a Merc labbed Bravo 31 and a couple 32's. But I would really like to test a couple Hydromotive's!

Here's the knock and AFR curves of the 91 US (95 RON) and 93 US (98 RON) pulls.

    Solid lines are 93

The last pic are the power/torque of 91/93 octane

    Hahaha

With water temps at a maximum of just above 70F during summer I guess it will run pretty well. The intercooler water on the dyno was 85-90F+ during the last pulls...

    Thanks Dude!

Yes, I'm very happy with the interior. I still need to put in a carpet though. But that's about it

Here's a few from last fall

Since I broke #6 piston on the first test run after the dyno (which most likely was my own damn fault since I mounted a fuel flow sensor) I finally got it back in the water yesterday

Had a two hour very nice ride with some easy throttling. Had a couple bursts to 5000 but that's it. I need to get some running time to get all my worries out of my head before I start retuning it. I took away some timing and added some fuel just to be on the safe side for now.

A few pics from yesterday - before I put it in, with the newly painted engine hatch.

A couple more from yesterday. The cover shrinked a bit when I rain protected it (whatever it's called???) But I will soak it in water and put it on to have it streched again...

Thanks Jo, I do my best! I only need to keep adjusting my props to get it running at it's best. Right now it porpoises and chine walks a bit. I will test a std 28 Bravo next to have something to compare to.

No nothing, that's one of the things I will be adding during my testing.

I still haven't been in any seas to mention. On completely flat it want's to porpoise pretty bad bad it only takes some ripples of 1/2 a ft to get rid of it so I guess it will be just fine really.

I'm still at above 20% slip with this merc labbed Bravo 31 that I had cupped and sharpened but it got 7% better from before. I'm on the right track if I can rev it all the way to 6 with the added cup...

Boat looks just awesome Tomas! I'm adding flags this summer to mine and using your boat for placement location. Very Sharp!
