If you're having trouble registering on the site, most likely the confirmation e-mail is getting caught in your spam catcher. Then, when you e-mail for help, that reply gets caught too.

If you have an issue with retrieving your password, we cannot send it to you. The only way for you to get it is to do the "forgot password" thing at the failed login- and there's the possibility that will get caught in your spam catcher when your password is e-mailed to you.

We also cannot change your password. You have to do it when you're logged onto the site, via the User Control Panel.

For the last week I have had to log in every time I open SOS. I have selected remember me but obviously it is not remembering me. What's Happening is it just me or is there a glitch somewhere????

I see it as increased security. it only takes me one click to log back in. Every time I let mine sit idle too long I must log in again. Its just one click. It doesn't bother me.

    Clear your cookies.

We did a software upgrade last weekend. If you have an old cookie and a new one they may be conflicting.

When I log in, I get an "Invadid redirect". I have to hit Forums to get anywhere.
    Thank you

    We'll find it.

It happened to Wrink and I in Vegas one day, but we couldn't get it to happen a second time.

It's never happened to me at home on any of the 3 computers.

Try clearing your cookies again. It may be that with the new changeover.
