    Plus 5% interest. Good news. The faster the better. Wonder what congress will blow the repaid funds on? Hopefully after the BS stress test Goldman will pay back their $25 billion, but I am doubtfull the regulators will let them, it will make BOA and Citi look even worse.

    They were probably looking at proposed legislation that would severely limit executive pay and bonuses for recipients of fed money.

    Now they are free to carry on with bonuses as usual
