Need to install lanyard/ign. cutoff, upgrade stereo, replace speedo pitot tube, and spend about a week waxing, buffing, polishing, vacuuming and staring at it...in the driveway.

Also need to replace one trailer taillight and have the wheel bearings checked & repacked.

Man, I can't wait but we've got a long way to go...still over 3 feet of snow on the ground...and 2 feet of ice on the lake.

As for the Cigarette, all I really need to do is change the sea pumps, wash wax and gas 'er up! My other boats are ready to go, just wash/wax. Hopefully we'll be boating by May.

I'm not. Haven't even pulled the full cover off and taken the heater out. Of course it was 15 degrees in va last night and we just had a winter "storm", so the motivation isn't there right now

Although awaiting a decision on what batteries to go with, the old ones are topped off and fully charged and all I have to do is toss them back in the boat and she is ready to go. Supposed to be sunny and low 60's Friday with light winds. She just might get a wet bottom soon!!!

I am getting really close. I just need to build 2 big blocks, re-rig the boat, add some nav lights, get the trim indicators working, replace the bilge pumps, install a horn, a gps, some oil coolers, repair/replace a hatch, install new control cables. Do a little 12v rewiring. Oh, and drive showers. Oh, and add some braking. Trailer has a single surge. Need 3 wheel electric over hydraulic. Oh yeah... and wash and wax and stare at it.

    So.... I am almost there.
