    Hey Bob,

Hope you guys are having a blast in Florida. I wanted to post about the SOS boat and my adventure. I showed up to do the boat at 8:30 that morning, but it wasn't taken out of the shop until 10:30, so it put me a few hours behind. I had to be at the airport at 12:30, so I only had 2 hours to do everything I could. Donnie & Jeff were out delivering product, so they had no idea what was happening. Then the forklift driver ran over my buffer and completely crushed it, so there was my other kick in the groin.

I wasn't happy with the final results on your boat and the amount of time I had, so I wanted to post an apology. I know Donnie had already said the SOS boat was being done for no charge, so please don't worry about tipping me either. Myself and a few other employees will be back in Florida for a few events this summer, so I would like to spend a complete day on the SOS boat and finish what I started. I'll be in touch when Donnie gets this years schedule finished.

    Matt

Sounds like a comedy of errors, no fault of your own of course. You guys are great, the whole leverage team. No worries, I'm sure.

The entire Leverage team is the epitomy of "class act" and "hustle". A pleasure to be around and the hardest working team in the industry.

    (ok Donnie....send me my check!)
