Nothing is true or real in the world of RWO until 3 days after it has happened, even then it open to interpretation......

02-20-2020 09:27 PMSo now they are not dropping the Lake Race, but adding are still adding the Clearwater Race. So, there are now 8 races to choose from, 7 of which you are allowed to participate in (your choice which 7), and can drop the worst one of those for your 6 race total points to determine the championship?
Seems easy to me...….Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!

02-21-2020 11:31 AMLOLsupercat class " OWNER " self proclaim prince William spent too much time in the Qatar camp back when .unbelievable
this class is getting to be like 1960,s big time wrestling,it should work out ok ,as long as they remember who is to win which race.
oss used too give the win to who ever lived closest to the event ."HOMETOWN BOY WINS BIG IN HOMETOWN RACE"
it keeps his local sponsors in a giving mood.
The part about we are buisismen and do not have time to give our attention to a full schedule ,
proves " someones " declaration that this is indeed a HOBBY sport LOL..
on a serious note .8 races committed is cool .

02-23-2020 01:27 AMIt would seem like you'd have to run all 8 to pick your best 6 finishes to have a chance at the championship?

02-24-2020 10:40 AMAgreed .
Hey Rat !
I wonder if it would be possible to do a " STICKY " for all those sotw threads ,kinda like PETE B and JEFF G did for all their threads?
It would sure save scrolling time..
I found it so much more enjoyable when the photo guys did that

02-24-2020 09:02 PMI did it to minimize my work load, and those that want to follow me can. The only difference is I start new on Jan 1st.

02-25-2020 10:29 PMWe try to sticky only threads for special events, or ongoing threads like photo timelines for the year.
The only way to sticky a race oversight thread, in my mind, would be to combine them every time a new one comes up so the previous information could be part of the discussion.

02-28-2020 11:06 PMThey do a pretty good job of keeping people up to date on a lot of what is going on. I work with them on occasion.
But, if those interested in the race info wars, we can combine the key ones whenever we want. It's our site, not mine.Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!
