Define "qualified."
It will be good practice for when the lawsuits start. Also... find a way not to use "protect."
Use "serve" instead. The cops learned this the hard way.

Hard to believe we have a generation of people with enough money for toys, but not enough savvy to figure out what is a scam before they send their surveyor to look at it. But hey, there is a trusty app! They love apps. But I guess a generation that doesn't know their ass from a socket needs all the help they can get.

Surveyors are credentialed professionals. Apples and avocados. But yes, disclaim everything. Claim nothing.
