I had to go congratulate John on the boat when I saw it at the Miami Boat Show. It is a true 38' long boat without the bustle/swim platform. Unlike the marketing gimmicks of so many builders now days where a 38' boat copy becomes a 420. Or a 33' boat becomes a 36.

No wonder it is a bit slower than its so-called competitors. Put one of the competitors boats side by side with it. Only Skater and Mystic seem to have integrity for new boat sizes released anymore.

It's one of the things I miss with the loss of the Powerboat Performance Reports. Builders did not used to be able to get away with those types of things then. They measured the boats and told it like it was.

    Congrats again John!!
Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!
