    Ok that’s helpful thank you. I guess the most important things are reliable HP without massive maintenance costs, with or without super chargers?

    Supercharges work well, if you keep the boost low enough to not cause issues when you end up with only 89 octane available on the water.

    Normally in the 3 to 5 lb area.
    Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!

    Don't know, but Tres was just up here in Michigan teaching a new boat owner how to drive.
