Revenue sharing with Key West always existed during SBIP promoted races: the city billed SBIP for all the city services provided,including police,fire,electricity,sanitation etc etc
There was no risk-sharing between the promoter and the city and the city greatly benefited from collecting increased tax revenues generated by those attending the races.
