The first two casual get togethers of the 2019 WMO season just finished up. The turnout at the first, right before the holidays, was a bit sparse. But, the second event, at the Boatwerks restaurant in Holland, had a really decent turnout and everybody had a good time. As the new president of WMO, Roger Zuidema, said;

“We were pleased with the turn-out at the WMO Winter Gatherings and it was great to see old friends and meet some new ones. The outtake was the stories that were shared and the ideas generated for the 2019 boating season.”

“The board had some great conversation about run safety, what events should include and about WMO Swag apparel offerings. One of WMO board’s goal is to listen and understand our members want, making plans to include the feasible ideas.”
