I had Brett tune up an identical set of props to those (minus second number) and even though they looked "ok" when I sent them, I got them back and picked up 5mph at 4000rpm and better control at the dock. (Was ok before, but got even better.) Also got on plane with less rpms. The guy is a miracle worker with a set of Bravo Ones.
He didn't add any markings indicating he had worked the props, btw.
