No, I own Slim Shady, hull #3 of 5 (see avitar).
The boat for sale is hull #1 recently redone by Mark, the original designer of the hulls.

It has to be worth pretty close to the ask price, doesn't it?

Yes definitely if you like a raceboat cockpit layout. Slim was the only one built with a pleasure deck and finished cabin with access door between the seats. Also the first to use the #6 drive, now all five have #6 drives. The boat for sale has a wet sump six and was probably constructed in 2002 or so. Not a lot of people know about these 'Activator Racing 32 Stealth' boats. I understand Mark's newer shorter hulls are faster, lighter (do not need a #6) but I really like the sea keeping abilities of the 32 hull up to about 90 - 95 with no drive worries.

In my opinion, there is no better drive in any application than a number 6.

Maybe, so far not completely convinced, the number 8 is better in horsepower applications over 1200 or so. But, until I see a number 8 on a single engine deep Vee that handles well, I won't be completely convinced.

Heck, the 6's on Parvey's boat are taking over 2000 HP.
