Hartwell Lake Poker Run Hits High Note With Raffle After Poker Game Prohibited
    #1

Poker runs have been illegal in SC since 2005. Raffles have been ok since 2014. That was a constitutional amendment. By special referendum.

2018 legislation increased the allowable value of noncash prizes. It passed May 15. http://www.scstatehouse.gov/sess122_.../bills/812.htm
