It appears that the performance fishing boat guys are starting to pay attention to the Offshore Performance guys infringing on their markets by building what the performance fishing guys have been building for decades.

So now, the performance fishing guys almost all have performance fishing boats without pole holders and with interior upgrades, (hence performance center consoles, not performance fish boats).
