Quiet and shy by nature, Joe Sgro touched many lives, especially since picking up the reins of Outerlimits in late 2014, https://speedonthewater.com/in-the-n...ering-joe-sgro.

Hard to believe that someone who has raced Offshore Boats for probably 35 years would end up flipping a brand new boat in a Poker Run, at a speed well below its top speed, and it would cause his death.

I'm really gonna miss Joe at this years Miami Boat Show. Our slips were right next to each other in the Mercury Racing section and we chatted a lot. One of the topics was if he would bring out the record boat to compete against Fountain if they really followed through with a new record boat, and Fountain invited all as they have done in the past.
Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!
