The Four Horsemen welcomes Dave Scotto and his SL50 Outerlimts featuring Mercury Racing all new 1350/1550 dual fuel engines, custom paint from Visual Imaginations and a host of new interior features, who posted 144mph during initial testing on the 1350 settings, to the Four Horsemen!
