Crap Graham, Sorry!!!!!
I guess that's what happens when I do too many things at the same time. (Or, I'm just getting old).
But you would be happy if Phil was a Brit I think!!
So;
Thanks Graham, and I guess we know why it showed 3:25AM our time!!
And sorry once again!!

04-11-2015 08:40 AMFrom the archives, Gentry raced this in 1984/5 and then had it converted to Gentry Turbo Eagle for 1991/2.
It was listed as a 48ft Cougar then 50ft when converted,but that could be journo reporting. Powered by 4 x Gentry engines totalling 4400hp which would make it the most powerful cougar superboat built.

05-02-2015 08:18 AMThat was one of the oddest Key West Worlds there ever was. It was officially not the worlds because the world championship had already been decided in Cowes and the Italian Renato Della Valle was the Sam Griffith Trophy winner. Copeland finished second in Key West in '82, behind Tony Garcia and Sammy James.
