I thought they were all 30's, but where did the 32' come from?

It's definitely not a T2x built Shadow. After he left I believe they popped out a few more boats while he was working with Chris Craft/Conquest. Very well could have made a 32. I know of a boat as late as 1990 with the Shadow Cat moniker. T2x built them from 80-83.

I have no idea. Maybe some body added an extension . If they didn't redo the entire bottom and reposition steps etc it will not be very good I fear.

Jim Klem's [Klem Gem] early Awesome cats were made from a splash he made off of Nicky's Board Walk, Black Duck cat. Knowing how Klem did things he may have called some 32' ??????

That transom is weird. Looks like they may have extended it. Here's the best shot of the back of mine I have access to right now:
