With the Americans With No Abilities Act (ANAA), Pres Obama and the Dem Senate will give new benefits for many Americans. The ANAA is a major legislative goal by advocates of the millions of Americans who lack any real skills or ambition. "50% of Americans don’t possess the competence and drive necessary to carve out a meaningful role for themselves in society," said CA Sen. Barbara Boxer. "We can’t allow People of Inability (POI) to be ridiculed and passed over. With this legislation, employers won’t be able to grant special favors to workers simply because they have some idea of what they are doing." House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Sen Maj Leader Harry Reid pointed to the success of the US Postal Service’s policy of providing opportunity without regard to performance. The Dept of Motor Vehicles's record of hiring POIs is 63%. The ANAA will create >25M mid-level positions with important-sounding titles but little real responsibility, to provide an illusory sense of purpose & performance. Mandatory nonperformance-based raises & promotions will be given to guarantee upward mobility for the most unremarkable employees. The legislation provides big tax breaks to corporations that promote a significant number of POIs into middle-management positions, and give a tax credit to businesses hiring 1 clueless worker for every 2 talented hires. The ANAA contains tough new measures to make it harder to discriminate against the non-abled, banning, for example, discriminatory interview questions such as, "Do you have any skills or experience that relate to this job?" "As a non-abled person, I can't be expected to keep up with people who have something going for them," said Mary Gertz, who lost her position as a lug-nut twister at a GM plant because she forgot righty tighty, lefty loosey. Sen. Durbin, IL said, "As a senator with no abilities, I believe the same privileges that elected officials enjoy ought to be extended to every American with no abilities. It is our duty as lawmakers to provide each and every American citizen, regardless of his or her inadequacy, with some sort of space to take up in this great nation and a good salary for doing so." This message was approved by Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Diane Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and Barack Obama.

I'm betting the law will pass. The politicians won't know what's in it, so they'll have to pass it to find out.....
Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!
