I wonder if the bank will accept this bid? It's been rejected at least 2 other times.....

I read that someone bought it as a hull a hull from the bank, rigged it, and is auctioning it themselves now...
Also heard that 2 38 Avenger hulls were part of the buy from the bank and those will be going up for sale auction soon too.
No idea if it is true or not, sorry.
Just repeating what I read else where.
    And,
The bank turned down same bid for bare hull???

Not the same amount. They auctioned off the entire business first, turned down almost all of the bids and put the molds and hulls in storage. Then reauctioned them off, turned down all the bids and they are still sitting in storage. Rumor has it they will reauction the entire package off as a one-lump action for everything thinking they will get more money. We'll see.

I think this boat was one of the few from the first auction where they accepted the bid. I thought the two 38's were turned down by the bank. I'll check.
