So finally finishing up the 625sc...... except now I might need a bigger prop.

Thats about the size of it.. it started as a little project to bump up a mag motor a little,, Nothing insane so I could use stock fuel oil, ignition stuff etc....

So now that I am buying 12 qt oil pans, hv pump, big lines aftermaket coolers and filter setups, high volume fuel system, modifying tank pickups, new distrib, coil, boxe etc.... I am now getting to the point Im thinking I may need a rack of spare drives in my garage....

I should however, achieve my 70 mph goal easily enough....

Like my buddy always says , " It's only money". Be thankful you can spend it on a boat.

Had a customer yesterday mention how much a boat payment sucks. I laughed , even when the boat is paid for you'll always be spending.

I'm looking forward to the day I only spend on fuel and insurance. Not there yet. One more engine to do. In progress now.

You are gonna have lots of fun. I never heard anyone say they had too much power.

If your worried about blowing drives add a drive guardian coupler to your list. They are pricey but much cheaper then a drive.
