    Wrong

All bolts out and I'm assuming that they used 5200 to fasten it to the transom
    SO, guess what!

Any advice on how to diffuse the adhesive
We have tried pressure, jacks, leverage, wedges?
Short of cutting it off with a chain saw and grinding the rest down I'm kind of at a loss
There are several debond materials out there that soften 5200. I've never heard of one being better or worse than others. Some of them are debond 2000, Anti Bond, Marine Formula by Debond Corp, etc. I'd just try whatever your local marine supply store carries.

Is the 5200 thick enough to where there is room to put a heated razor or knife between the platform and hull? (Or a hot piano wire/fishing line wire leader)? If so, you can saw it off first then remove the 5200 with the debond material.

Once again, another perfect example for the liberal use of high explosives.

Did you end up making a jig? If so, what size are you building?
