Yes, your house is better prepared for sure. I moved this past summer. I now have a well house about 400' from house, pressure tank and water conditioner in garage closet. I insulated well house and added a heat lamp on thermo switch. Seems to be doing the job. A small space heater in garage closet. I had turned off outside hose bibs and drained in advance. SO far so good. Two more extra cold nights. I'm still anxious as I clearly remember the big freeze a couple winters ago. 5 days no water, 3 days rolling power outages.
I find it comical. News tells you to drip faucets in and open cabinets to protect pipes.

Mornin!
I remember as a Kid, We had to leave the Kitchen/Bathroom Cabinets open so The Pipes wouldn't Freeze.

I have only seen those triggers in crank version on the .22 gatling guns.

4 degrees so I got up and defrosted my freezer. Put the food in a box outside. Look for bears and racoons once in a while. Hoping it's too cold for either, and we don't have bears.

I bought new (used) irons. I had picked up a 3 iron and loved it, so I decided to go all in for 3-PW. Much smaller face than the XRs I have been playing. Weighted in the cavity. Had never met the 3 iron before and was immediately hitting 190+ with some shaping on TrackMan. Repeatedly. Never shanked. Dead on the sweet spot. The feel is great. You can feel the compression. Callaway X Forged CB. Got them from Callaway Pre-Owned and had them do my voodoo: Regular shaft, plus 1.5 inches length, 2 up lie, mid-size grips, 4 wraps.
I thought a smaller clubface would be harder to hit, but it forces you on the ball. There is no more club than ball, lol.

Here comes our snow.
The things I put up with not to have to actually learn Spanish or get bugs in my shoes.

A chit load of snow is when you start plowing on Sunday, and you are still plowing on Thursday. Yes, two feet would probably be correct. Today we move cars and plow, then clean roofs off. Rain coming next week. I have had roofs collapse before. That is no fun. I can smell a beach in my future.

Yikes!
Fingers crossed no roofs lost. Sorry about all the extra work.
Ah, to have a car lot in a blizzard. Ugh.
