As long as they didn't give you a Bosch.

Hey, you should come up here and do my tile this summer. Two rooms. Not bathrooms. We can go boating and stuff. Golf.
Drive to Clearwater and jump a cheap flight. I'll pick you up at the airport. I can get my buddy's wet saw and I have the rest.
No need to rent a car, I have four. Can drop you at the airport a few days later.

    The Dam Bamm, man.

Another of the classic debates of man: concrete or no concrete when setting wooden posts? I was gonna do concrete.

    Mornin Ho's !

I'm interested, maybe I can tie it all in with my Connecticut/Maine trip in June.

    I'd go with concrete.

Swap you for your tile, rebuilding 50 year old Globe Hoist. New gears and seals. NASTY Job, almost done with the gears, next up replacing seals.

I would go with heavy wall composite pilings driven to bedrock. Cement is so last year. Do not use the cheap Russian composite pilings though...

I haven't seen a 50 year old Globe since grade school, but I don't remember them being so heavy.

    Mornin Ho's !

Just gave a guy a $2 an hour raise...He repaid that by getting drunk on the job, and passing out behind the Dumpster(where everyone pisses) Fun times !

Going up this afternoon to look at another Company Van in Key Largo...Chevy Astro..taking a mechanic, pics look nice...but after talking to the people, they come across as a little skeezy.

    Good luck with the Astro...

And don't blame your worker for celebrating.
