Hi Ho's!!! Busy day. Woke up late had a meeting at Starbucks. Then took my Mother to the doctor about her eye infection, prescribed drops and spent 45 minutes in Wal-Mart waiting for them. Finally home at 3 o'clock.

Land title documents show that Leemar bought the PH01 unit on June 7 for $25 million. The property last sold for $17.6 million in April 2010.

Just 10 days later, land title documents show that Leemar bought apartment 4601 for $15 million. That property last sold for $5.5 million in February, 2010.


Holy crap, that's a heck of a return on investment for the previous owner.....

Our real estate has gone nuts since the Olympics in 2010. Many including me think we've hit the top and a crash is coming sooner then latter. I hope it comes soon another area that is booming is Kelowna and Id love a place on Okanagan Lake. But not at todays prices.

Tiling in my part of the world means installing perforated ABS (modern version of clay tiles) in trenches about 5 feet deep to carry off the extra water from your fields.

Hi Ho's!!! New movie theater opening Oct 11 at the Wal-Mart mall by my house. Going to be nice having dinner and movies 7 minutes from my house. 11 screens with 2 being adult only with in seat beer and wine service. Costs an extra $6 per ticket for beer though.

I did a "ponch" today and slept in until 7:15. Yard work/house work today - me and the gal hosting memorial service for a friend. Dad's 88th birthday today - he and mom go more places and do more stuff than people half his age; works out at gym every morning. He wants to help me cut and split firewood next week; not sure I want to do that as he out works me and wears me out. More coffee........

That's awesome. My dad is that way too. He can run circles around me and I would never make the mistake of going up against him in the ring. I am no slouch, but that guy has serious old school skills. I don't think that I will give him a chance to knock me out, again.

Hi Ho's!!! Got news this morning that an uncle by marriage is in intensive care, think he is almost 90. Kind of surprised he made it this long, heavy drinker and smoker all his life.
