I was hanging new DW in a kitchen once, and had my neighbor helping me. I gave him measurements for a piece to cut out in the garage. Next thing, I hear a circular saw. I look out the window, and there is a huge cloud of dust coming out of the garage...

No $h%T. I know tapers that could finish that in 1 coat of Durabond 30 w/ sizing, and survive a massive Touretts episode at the same time ,for 60 bucks a day in a slow season.

Hey Cat, kinda hard to tell from the pic, but did you use blued annular d/w nails, 1,1/4,-1,5/8 d/w screws. fine or coarse? s i hope that was 1/4" fire rated and glued w/pt adhesive, otherwise it looks phenomenal

great place for a picture window aye!

i know that dude, i hired him in Daytona Beach he had 15yrs experience in all phases of Res,commercial and industrial construction, including electronic's,had a plummers apprenticeship,he was a little rusty, but he liked welding copper. The only lines he ever cut were either at the dog track or on the mirror, Btjmo (but that's just my opinion)

His explanation, when I asked him "what the fucj are you doing"? Was simply, with an all white dusty face, "it's a board, I was cutting it"
I then introduced him to a utility knife and t-square.

i promised myself, I'd never use this text abbreviation, but if you introduced him to the utility knife and the Tsq. OMG/OMFG

i concur, but that crime against drywallerumanity.(and I've seen some gut wrenching bowel evacuating mind numbing bass akward examples) is one of the worse cases I've seen in many moon's, will most certainly require the beamiest /girthiest velvet blacklight Elvis on the market.

Perhaps the Last Supper / Dog's playing poker.
At this point they should seriously consider bringing in a consultant / hitman / onion demo crews.

I'd say more like a bagel, or croissant.
