    So, I am buying a Nova 91 w/ twin 350 mags
Boat is pretty clean aside from missing out on the water all last season
What is the deal with these hulls?

    Help/Info/Guru's take the stage

Need a little more info. I'm assuming a 1991 23' Nova XL. But, they also made a 26 Nova in 1991. I've heard of both with that engine package.

Both were great for rough water. A friend had a 23 that I swear I've seen 15' in the air on Lake Michigan.........

Ok I purchased it - Looked at the boat and couldn't pass on the deal

It is actually a 90 Nova XL 26
    Twin SBC with Alpha's
Not a bad little boat so far, some TLC and cleaning and she will be on her way!
    So, tell me more

Is yours the step hull or the non-step? I think they only made the step hull in 90 and 91, but people who had them said they were a bit loose.

The 26 Nova's were probably the best 26' wave crusher ever made....

I can tell you that the 26 Wellcraft Nova II won the "Most Impressive New Offshore Model" in 1981 from Powerboat Magazines Boats of the Year edition....

I've got that report, and am looking to see what happened in 1990 if I have anything.

This is a std. (not stepped) hull, they mfg'd a stepped in the early 90's! sweet
Did you find any information on the boat? design issues, changes, exhaust set up ?

That thing works great in rough water!
Winnebago has been riled up lately

    WOW, looks really good
Do you have any shots of the engine compartment?
I am still trying to figure out what I want to do with exhaust and would like to see some shots of Original intact exhaust

    Did you ever finish it?
