    Hello everybody,

The 4th of July week has past and we are ready for another great day on the lake. Mother Nature has blessed us with some much needed rain and thus Lake Travis is the perfect place to be this coming Saturday (July 14th, 2012).

This Saturday will be our annual Carlos ‘n Charlie’s run. We are looking for everyone to come out, join in on the festivities, and help support all the wonderful charities that help so many kids in Texas. As usual, this run will start and end at Carlos ‘n Charlie’s.

Starting at 10am, we will congregate and mingle at Carlos ‘n Charlie’s until about noon, when we will make our way up to The Gnarly Gar. The Gnarly Gar is a great place for our lunch and refreshment stop. After having our fill for lunch, we will make our way up to Angel Bay for a raft-off.

The final stop is at Carlos ‘n Charlie’s for the last card draw. Be sure to check out the great dinner menu here.

For boat parking at Carlos ‘n Charlie’s, Emerald Point marina will clear the rental slips behind the Ship’s Store. Also, Emerald Point Marina has overnight boat parking in one of their slips available for $35 for the night. Please give them a call at 512-266-1535 if your boat needs a place to stay overnight.

    your LPTA
