Figured I'd offer this up to my boating brothers before I throw it on craigslist... 120,000btu 92%+ efficiency, American Standard, new in the box but no model and cannot be registered for warranty.
Easy install since it vents out with PVC.
$350
With warranty they are $1000.

I should clarify, this is a residential furnace. I use one in my garage in a horizontal position, duct work can be added for some really nice heat distribution...

Sorry, I was posting it from my phone.. I meat it may be best utilized in a shop because its pretty large, most furnaces i install are 80,000 btu for your typical house ( thats why its been sitting for a while) but this bad boy would heat up a garage pretty quick.
