TCU won big (at the end) and AL is ahead at the half. Gotta hope FL loses and we win big.

But... the one big thing OSU brings to the selection committee is DOLLARS. Buckeye Fans will travel and spend the Bucks! They are aware

I think you also need Baylor to barely win or lose. If they win big, even if you win big, they're playing number 9 and you're playing number 13.

I know they do, but only in a tie type situation.

But, I think it's over. My opinion, Alabama #1, Oregon #2, Florida #3, and Ohio State #4. Baylor and TCU on the outside looking in. But, If the Big 12 had a championship game, the winner between those two would have been in I think and Ohio State would have been on the outside looking in.....

Bucs really stepped up stopping the Heisman dead and blasting the #2 defense 59 zip.
I wore out my remote watching the Noles almost get beat.
Baylor... not gonna sell out the stadiums and hotels. Don't think that isn't a huge factor. Right or wrong.
But we'll see in a couple hours.
Fun stuff to watch tho... I like the new format.

Bet Columbus travel agents already booked Arlington on the 12th I wouldn't go that far yet but if the same Bucs show up again the Tide may Roll out of it. I wanted Urban to hand FL their first loss.
See yer Ducks there after you hand Jamus a dose of reality.
Gonna be fun to watch tho!

Yep, the Ducks had better finish off those FS boys. Although FS will most likely be forfeiting every game they've won over the last two years based on some of the leaks from the investigations going on currently.

Oregon State hires Wisconsin's Gary Andersen as head coach

MADISON, Wis. -- Gary Andersen informed the Wisconsin football team at a team meeting at 4 p.m. on Wednesday that he was taking the head coaching job at Oregon State University. UW Director of Athletics Barry Alvarez has immediately started a national search for a new head football coach.

“I began working to find a new head coach as soon as I spoke with Gary this morning,” Alvarez said. “My first concern is taking care of the players on the current team, especially the senior class, and ensuring that their bowl experience is a memorable one. I will find a head coach to uphold the great tradition at Wisconsin, someone who is committed to excellence both on and off the field.

“I want to thank Gary for his two years here and commend him on the way his team performed on the field, in the classroom and in the community. I wish him the best at Oregon State.”

Alvarez will meet with the media at a news conference today beginning at 5:15 p.m. at the Camp Randall Media Room.
