Sure I'm in. Although my wife is on the fair weather side so she's very weather dependant. I'm considering doin the River Shiver if nothing else comes around. Or I'm ready to winterize-ran the boat about empty on the river last weekend.

By the way, got a DROID prop slip app FREE. Thanks to Hering Propellors. Take that Mr. hot shot MAC developer ......

Why 3 oil changaes in 50 hours? Being ANAL is 1x in 50 hours. I think Merc 1075's are 50 hrs even. Save your cash and trouble for things like adding AC......

My 600sc oil would stay clean forever, whole season.. still clean. The oil in these motors gets dirty fast, when it starts to get all over the transom I change it then the transom is clean again. so I gauge my change intervals according to the transom. My starboard side motor runs rich and the oil is darker after one weekend.

This weekend was really nice out there, perfect weather and water.

According to the Droid prop slip calc. mine is 9%

Dan, What are your numbers? Top Speed, RPM, Drive Ratio, and Prop Pitch? 9% sounds perfect!

    Todd Sonic, I input 26P, 4100rpm, 61mph.

I got 75mph per phone GPS top end.. runs around 4900rpm- 5000ish

Keep in mind a "bravo" four blade doesnt measure its stamped pitch. So a 30p bravo four blade, you should use 29.2 for your prop slip entry. Dan, 9% is really good! I have my ssm props getting laser checked right now, to determine what pitch they truly measure. I'm sure they been worked on before

I see said the blind man, if they have been labbed (mine have) that probably affects pitch too right?

I had a problem with my drive this weekend.
One Overflow was spewing out oil.

It`s going to be a difficult fix.

I have to buy new overflow caps.

If you have 1.5 drives, your doing good Dan baja. If you have 1.36 drives, than your slip would be about 14%.

I tried a set of what were supposed to be 17x28 4 blades last year. Wouldnt even get boat on plane. Had them scanned, and one prop measured 16.75"x28.5p, the other 16.5x29. The blades were all off a tad from each other both in pitch and cupping. They looked perfect to the eye though.
