Clearly, the club in Chicago is non existant.
When I started the club, COPS, it was for fun both on the water and off. I held many great events including the Spring Opener, the Pirates Ball, the Chicago Boat Show part, and fun runs.
The goal was to bring people together for with a common passion..Offshore Powerboats. Because of jealousy or other issues by some, it killed the club and the "club" became a single event..a Poker Run,which was never my intent.
I am interested in getting our group back together again and am scheduling a Spring Opener on March 19 at the Diversey Yacht Club. Depending on the reaction to this post, I will post the info,price of tickets, etc.

Let's just try to get along and have fun...after all, that's why we have these type of boats.
