What is the manufacture and is it actually in Canada? Seller did email back saying its a 1990 Cig and their phone number. Still thinking a scam!

I'm very curious because the seller is claiming built by Cigarette. Wasn't 100%and they don't know much about boats! So was thinking scam but didn't want to make a forum claim without some proof.

I might pop over to look at it this afternoon.

    My favorite line:

The engines are Mercruiser 5.7L models which provide the speed of the big blocks but offer better fuel economy.

Well, that's true isn't it, Jim? Aren't we all about fuel economy?

Have not gone and looked. Been 28F and very windy so don't feel like being outside.

Like the seller of the 28SS I have deposit on. Bank put a 14 day hold on my deposit. So he is patient and let me change deal a bit. Made full payment subject to survey. Should have done that originally!

This 31 is a good example of why you need a survey and other people in the know investigate older boats--think this one is a slap cig logo on the sides and suddenly its a Cigarette.

Seller of 31 is calling it a 1990 Cigarette Bullet. If it was a bullet for $25K in usable turn key condition--it would be in my driveway!!!!!!

Its a not sure who built it in 1990 "Cigarette" style boat...... Thought it could be something from 1970's.

Still waiting on survey for 28SS to go forward on her.
