11-12-2010 07:30 AMI am sorry for your loss. This one hits close to home. I did this just over a year ago. Somehow I got through the visits, the planning, the obit, and the eulogy. Then, I crashed. The following week was the worst. Be gentle with yourself. Don't plan too much for next week if you can. Your batteries will be low. I hope that everything goes as well as it can, and that you get that gift of the spirit that carries you through it. God bless your mom, and you.

Her wake will be sunday followed by the funeral on monday. I'll be glad when it's time to go to sleep monday night.
