    He can't more than once. If you break out by more than 1 mile per hour in an OPA Class Race, you are automatically moved up to the next class. Class 5 is 75 max....

    I had 91.3 on my GPS for both runs yesterday and the Radar said 89. So that means I have not been breaking out at all these races.........
