I was just wondering if it is just me or has anyone else had problems with getting a response from SOS. I have sent several requests with not one response.

BTW - It is astounding how many people are already on this NEW site. You guys are doing a great job! A few bugs are to be expected. Remember when it took up to 7 years for GM, etc. to put out a new model?
