Converting a Black Thunder from 502/540efi engines to Merc Racing 525 efi. Does anyone know of common issues that may arise in this swap. I m worried about electrical connections and sending units to the new livorsi guages. Everything worked for the 502/540s.
Any help would be great!!!!!!!!!!!

12-10-2010 05:32 PMShould be plug and play. Standard wire harness plug worked fine on my Skater that was converted to 525's from big blower engines.

12-14-2010 09:15 AMIf you had a 10 pin harness and the new 525 has the 14 pin I have some adapter harnesses.
