started a small 1200sq ft gym in 2002... called shape fitness

i now own 4 shape fitness's and have franchised 5 other locations to other investors.

newest project is a 4 acre sports complex that will provide the okc metro with a various assortment of amenities from workout facility to sports programs for youth and adult...

if anyone would like to make money in a hard economy then let me build you a gym! its a segmant of the market that has not been affected by the economy.

We rent generators, air-conditioners, heaters and all the accessories in the NY/NJ Metro area. We do the engineering, install etc - end to end service for entertainment, event, commerical, industrial, etc. The company is 24 years old this year and the economy does not hurt us that much as SH*T BREAKS and regardless of who fixes it they often need rentals!

You can visit us at http://www.onsite-energy.com or Google "joe gere" "on site energy co" and see all our news.

If there are any members interested we have started an "agent" program where we stock your yard with our equipment (no charge) and you pay us a % when it's on rent only. We have one agent in Norfolk now and it's working well for both of us. Check out the galleries of our jobs on the web to get a flavor of how diverse this business is.

If you have an generator, electrical or HVAC company with 500 miles of NYC and are looking for extra revenue let's talk!

I designed and patened a aerdynamic part for semi trailers that save fuel economy and reduce greenhouse gases. They are also a minimum 300% return on investment.

I cannot figure out how to attach pictures so if someone wants a picture just let me know.

No I can't say that we've run across them, there are quite a few good sprinkler companies out there. We specialize to a great deal working in power plants and with most companies that have Roadfitter's we travel where the work is....
