    I will be sliding lift back but its only a 4500lb lift and the boat is
    closer to 6000lbs.
    As for drive I didnt leave it at the slip yet, not until I get lift moved and probably get a third
    sponson.

    its been an insane two months since I bought this as a "fixer upper" with no motor, whacked wiring and roasted interior , working round the clock between my jon and the boat. and now I use it once and I am swamped with work for next month,argh...
    Guess I need money to fill the 200 gallon tank though.

    Didnt open it up more than 60-70% on maiden voyage to season party opener but was running good,
    42-45mph at 3600-3800rpm, popped on plane easy with 3 people and around 150 gallons
    running a 25p 4 blade.
    Accelerates real strong from 25-45mph
    Bitch to park in the wind with a single though and got to get used to the
    twin stick controls.

    No problems so far, I do get a bit of chine walk over 65mph but
    not to the point of being out of control.
