    Well it is Morel time again. Anyone started finding them yet. Was thinking about going out tomorrow to sdee if they have started poppin yet

    They only grow this time of year and they are getting harder and harder to find, at least in this area. And they taste great.

    I don't like mushrooms but Tony made some last year floured and cooked in butter. They weren't bad. But then what is bad cooked in enough butter?

    dip them in a raw egg then flour and butter , and also butter on the bread ! I haven't had those in 20 years !
