This is my first post, it's nice to see a bunch of Pantera enthusiasts. This was my fathers boat and I'm just trying to find out where it is now a days. It came from Michigan, it's a 79 or 80 24' sport. It had drop down bolsters, 454/330 Mercruiser. He bought it in Mass when it was two years old, and sold it in the New England area in the early 90's. If anyone knows anything about the boat I'd be eager to hear it. Sorry for the poor quality of the pics.
Thanks!

Hey Maximbruce, I suppose there is an off chance that your Dad's old boat is my boat now. Same motor and color think? Black with yellow, orange, and red stripe. It's a 1980 sport. When I bought mine it had black matching interior that I had re-done in white. Check it out on page 3 of the owners gallery on panteraboats.com
It's a great boat. Pretty rough when I got it,but looking good now!

Thanks, Sean. I get a lot of compliments on the old girl. She isn't perfect by any means, and real shy on horsepower...but she's mine!

Shawn, stripes are same/similar colors, but are different...
Yours come right to the transom.
In the pics above, they stop about 8-12" forward.
BTW... yours is looking good!

Maximbruce, Let us know if you find your Dad's old boat. We have an uncontrolable need to know where all Pantera's are. Welcome to the site. If you ask nicely, Pepe Nunez (who built your Dad's boat and mine) might happen to know of it's whereabouts. He checks in here quite often. The Nunez Family are great people! Good luck!

Bruce, (assuming that's your name) Just wondering if you ever found info on your Dad's old Pantera? Find any of those old pictures you were talking about?
