Didn't make much sense anyway with the little 1.2 million square foot warehouse he has 10 min from the launch anyway!!!!! You are probably right D, but I have 2 or 3 guys from the southside that rent their slips every year from the slip owner and it is not in their name. I think it is getting to the point that they just want the money!! The benefits and services sure as heck are not getting any better for the nearly $6k a year they charge!!! But like you said, the slip fee will more then cover the fuel he uses this summer and the barn is awful convenient !!!!

03-20-2010 04:07 PMThats what I concluded as well..it doesn't make sense..especially when gas prices on the water go through the roof this year not to mention the weather last year sucked and to have it just sit there and not take it out is frustrating.
I got my warehouse by the launch, cheap ass gas on shore and located half way between both the city and warm water beach so I feel i'm sitting pretty..not to mention to over night at any of the harbors is cheap anyways in case i wanted to leave it in!!
