experienced performance marine surveyor needed near LOTO

I'm in need of a real good surveyor that knows their way around a performance boat (Apache).
The last 2 surveyors that i have used gave me 25 pages of how many life jackets were on board --- not what i'm looking for
I need someone that will dive into the hull
/stringers, rigging/mechanical, have a idea of costs and values.

from what i was told the hull did not have excessive moisture--- lets just say it wasn't what i was hoping for...
