The Cig ovals are all along the blue stripe. The picture was taken with a halogen light to show how it will look in the sun.

Very nice Kris! Love the hockey stick styled graphic theme, but yet more modernized ... sweet bro.

    Great choice!

Does the color wrap over the top in the back?

Nice job on your project! Here is a picture of my 84 Flatdeck, "Old School Muscle". Sorry,
not the best pic, taken with my phone.

I used the #17 race number as a tribute to AJAC Hawk, the first 38 Cig, and just re-did the ghost on the hull-sides with silver candy for a more prominent effect. Also matched the Playboy font for that classic/elegant appeal.

    Good luck,

    Jack

Awesome. Classic cool with a twist. It will be badass, even badder once the Arnesons get bolted back on.

    The paint looks great!!
I love seeing an old classic brought back with only a touch of modern.
Keep it subtle on the update.
These old girls deserve to shine for there original beauty, not looking like they've been "Botoxed" - you did a very nice job.

    As for rubrail - Tacomarine.com
Try this link, it's the stuff I need to order for my Pantera, but quite likely the same rail you need.
Look forward to seeing her finished.

I followed the posts while you re-did your flat deck, the boat looks great.

Thanks for the rub rail connection.

Again thanks for the comments. We are currently working on the deck.

Basically a whole bunch of masks were placed on the boat over the blue base. The ovals were shot with a color (after much experimenting) that would pop when sunlight hit it but basically not be there under normal lighting. A mix of the Harley black pearl and the blue metallic worked well.

Yes the Arnesons will hopefully be back on soon.

Dave it was nice seeing you again in Key West, I would be interested in seeing any of your renderings.

    Thanks Kris Vogt
Thats ASG's 39. If beautiful in person and you can see a ghost Cigarette in the paint. If you really want to be a player do the engine room the same. It mirrors the outside of the boat....
