Here's a few shots of mine. Ran it yesterday and think I threw the barring in the motor. That's what I get for running it in the ocean

yeah the MHZ 6's twin set-up was around 1500.00 + then if you needed the gear boxes for a single twin drive etc etc. I have two sets never used 1 set on a Bonzi 84" Apache and the other set just sitting in a box now for a few years.

I've been looking for somebody that makes a 72" "Cigarette" hull and not an Apache for years now. Ren3 : boat looks good and is big but I've been looking for the 72" Ajack Hawk boat that PI/Black Hawk Hobbies used to build.

Maybe somebody can retool and make an updated version of the Cigarettes, everybody builds an Apache in the R/c world and it's Annoying.

I also have a 43" team USA from Aeromarine with a J&G 25.6 cc Zen and a Hoover Hydro with same engine from back in the day. I used to race in a club in Elyria, OH The North Coast Pondhoppers they have some of the fastest boats in the nation in the club many over 100mph

too bad that MHZ has quit making them drives also, been about a tear now. Hopefully they are retooling to withstand some these twin cylinder hi torque engines being built today

Just got a Pro Boats Miss Geico cat with the brushless motor and LiPo's.....it's pretty crazy for an electric.I prefer electric over gas. Have a couple gas cars but use the electric ones more. On the boat side the weedeater powered boats are great to run(bigger boat=bigger water) but get expensive quick(what boat doesn't)The bottom line is that R/C boating is a blast and if you've never tried it now is the time. There are all kinds of choices and price ranges.Check it out...http://www.proboatmodels.com/Product...ProdID=PRB4100

My 56" Aeromarine Apache. I decided to sell it. I sold the drives and the drivers. All I have is the hull. I was about to put it together with the Arrow Shark Drives. I think look more scale than MHZ.

my cousin has one just like this, just not painted the same. It is almost impossible to trade drivers without killing the engine. We tried a few times and had to hop in the row boat to go get it.

They are balanced very well, you can jump wake and land flat with no problems.

I can't believe those dual engine rc gas boats with #6's... that is so cool.

I still think I might one day finish mine. Just been trying to buy another "real" boat. Hope to close a deal this week.

Here is a pic of my BatBoat at an appearance that we had. The matching RC boat sits atop the hull. It has a pull start weedeater type motor in it.
