After doing a litttle research we decided on the Proboat Brushless Blackjack 26, I found a pair of them on ebay one was new other was used.

We went with the electric so we could recharge on the boat and not need any gas cans, the recharge takes about 30 minutes (4 batteries) with two chargers.

Like everything else we have we couldn't leave them alone over the winter, we sanded them down and put some color on them, next on the list is billet rudders, and struts.

Nice!!! John's a nut, gotta love it!

I was tinkering with the hydro over the weekend... the carb was a little frozen so I got that freed up but one of the servo's seems to have chit the bed.... A servo, some nitro, glow plug and a glow plug igniter and I'm ready to rock and roll!

We took the trucks down to the Belford Ferry on Saturday... The clodbuster just doesn't match up with the new stuff what so ever! My buddy brian was driving his nitro truck with 2 speed trans, 4 wheel drive and brakes...I can't believe how much abuse they can take!

Old MRP 32 Skater twin electric outboards. Wanting to make some 1/4 canopys for it, and a little paint work, but I have put together two real boats first.

When you are ready for a serious model RC boat, this my 73" Cigarette 36' with all carbon fiber hull, twin 26cc Zenoahs, and MHZ scale Merc #6 outdrives. The beam is 18" and the bare hull weighs 18 lbs. I manufacture this hull here in Colorado. Thanks.
