01-14-2010 01:08 PMI spent the summer of 2002 as the dock master at The Hyatt Regency in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe next to the Incline Village boat ramp and enjoyed everyday watching the debacle at the boat ramp. That video would be a miracle on a nice day from what I watched all summer.
