PEOPLE! Anybody go yet? Rumor on the street is there will be a 42 statement and a badass eliminator cat with Ilmors! I think I am going to go Friday and depending how hard I rock out in Guelph on Friday night, might head back to Toronto and hit it up for another day on Saturday. I will bring my camera and post pics when I get my laptop back!

If you park at the shipping doors you wont waste money parking.
Phone RR and they will sneak you in. Not worth entry fee.

Yes the Statement was there.Jim Earl also had a used 38 Fountain and Baja. Thw elimenator was there as well , pretty cool boat with the new drives. They look better up close than in the pictures I've seen.

worth making the trip up there from Buffalo?
I've been to the Cleveland show - but that was some years ago.

For those of you who attended both, which one do you prefer? TO or CL?

Buffalo has been reduced to a tiny mall "show"

If you can wander the Cleveland Show with a beer in your hand, go for it.

    Ontarios drinking laws are antiquated.

Large yacht guys had half the boats.

Its not their fault. I actually feel sorry for anyone there with high end product. The economy sucks. But in Toronto...if you give up space you lose it forever. So this year you see huge expanses of Carpet. ( broadloom, for anyone that reads )

Yes Sean, it was that same boat that did Rice Lake run with us. Seemed to be in the Ilmor display across from Jim Earle Marine.

Saw this too late, Alec. I did call RR on my way to the show to see if we could hook up but I was done before his arrival.
As for parking I really screwed up there. Forgot they had these ticket machines where you display your ticket on the dash. I came out to find a $30.00 parking ticket on my windshield. What a looser I am. LOL Paid full pop to get in the show and $30 parking ticket. Too funny.

Went yesterday.....They should change the name to the Toronto Bowrider Show.....theyre taking over, wow!.....still good for a walkaround and an afternoon out with my chick.......

like posted above that Eliminator was sweet, better than in pics.....the Statement had a very cool interior but a very uninspiring Grey exterior....my wife calls boats like that with no padded sunpad a Homo machine because "you obviously dont want any women on your boat if you dont have anyplace for them to Sunbathe..." haha!.....and no rubrail whatsoever......but I guess if you can afford that boat you can have afford to have a catch crew at the dock

anybody know the cute chick that was working at the statment/fountain/baja booth? she was pretty young with brown hair. i was taking pictures of the statement boat and dropped my camera case between the boat and the wood platform. so i look at her and said "its gone forever...?" and she says "uuuuuhhhh NO! i'll go get it!". so in her whole getup she crawls under all the boats and under the wood platform to get it for me. she is one cool chick in my books!
